# createTestThread

> Create a test thread for the signed-in user. Test threads come from a synthetic customer rather
than a real one. The scenario is picked for you and fixes the thread's title; its opening
message is written shortly after this returns. They are listed by `testThreads` rather than
`threads`, and only for the user who created them. Requires the `thread:create` permission.
