# singleValueMetric

> Fetch a named single-value (aggregate) metric for the workspace over a given time range.
Use this for summary figures such as median first-response time or SLA compliance percentage.
Supports the same `dimension` grouping as `timeSeriesMetric` so results can be broken down
by company, label type, tier, and more. Requires `metrics:read`; agent metrics require
`metricsAgent:read`.
