# InterpolationVariable

> A static variable that Plain fills in when interpolating `{{ key }}` tokens in snippets, auto-responses, bulk replies and workflow actions. Thread field variables (`threadField.<key>`) are not listed here; they are derived from the workspace's thread field schemas.
