Scopes to who the thread is currently assigned to (primary or additional/secondary assignee) — not who performed any measured action. For per-agent action metrics (agent_* metrics) use userIds instead. Referencing any user other than the caller requires metricsAgent:read.

Scopes to who performed the measured action (the event actors — e.g. who sent the message, resolved the thread, or made the transition). This is the correct field for agent_* metrics. Use with groupBy: ASSIGNEE.
