We're building an AI hub in London

So today we are doubling down on London.

We're building out a dedicated team here focused on advancing our AI efforts, working from our offices in Shoreditch. These are in-office roles, 3 days a week.

London remains one of the best places in the world to build product and engineering teams, and we're excited to invest here.

AI is rewriting what support can be. We think the future is not just in AI answering tickets or generating insights, but in building the infrastructure that enables companies to build their own AI agents, automations, and workflows.

Joining our AI team, you will:

• Solve high impact, user facing problems. Your work can save teams countless hours by handling repetitive questions, reading code to prevent escalations, or surfacing product insights hidden in conversations. You’ll see a direct line from your work to happier customers and better products.

• Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom. We’re a small, senior team. You’ll own broad areas, identify opportunities and ship fast. If you come up with an idea in the morning, there’s every chance you can ship a first version the next day.
  
  

• Shape AI at the core of the product vision. Support is one of the most impactful frontiers for applied AI. We’ve built some great foundations already, now it's about reimagining how AI powers support end to end.
  
  

• Write and speak about your work in the AI community – hosting and participating in events in our offices in London and San Francisco
