Help Center AI - Citations & Improved Search

The Help Center AI now shows its work, by including inline citations of which articles were used to answer a question, helping users both better understand where an answer came from, and enable further reading on a topic.
Alongside this, a number of other improvements were shipped:
We're made a UX shift to "Search then Ask" to enable users to first search for articles, and then ask a question if none were found
The underlying search implementation for finding articles has been rewritten, improving quality for both retrieving relevant articles and answering questions
Updated which models we use under-the-hood and prompting to improve Help Center AI answer quality and format
