Strip it back
Speed wins. But complexity creeps in quietly, and constantly. It’s the invisible hand that fills calendars, muddies decisions and makes products hard to use. So if something feels hard, break it down until it’s simple. If something takes a week to ship, cut it until it’s a day. If there’s a process, consider how to reduce it, rather than expand it. To be fast, we must simplify.
Move with purpose
You are responsible for your own individual impact. That means working on what matters most - not just moving, but moving in the right direction. Before you do the work, understand what work to do. Challenge when you don’t agree. Ask when you don’t understand. Write important things down. Don’t wander, but move with purpose.
Make it nice
Shipping high quality work is how we show respect - to our customers and our team. We do the things no one asked for, but everyone wanted. If a feature merely ticks the box, we make it thoughtful and complete. If a customer proposal feels rushed, we raise the bar until it’s clear and compelling. We don’t settle, we make it nice.
