Account membership changed - Plain Docs

This event is fired when a customer is added to or removed from an account. An account is the new name for a tenant: the company or organization your customers belong to. The changeType field says what happened:

ADDED: the customer was added to the account
REMOVED: the customer was removed from the account

The payload also contains customer and account. Plain doesn’t send this event for customers marked as spam or customers that have been deleted. This event was added in webhook version 2026-10-06. Targets on earlier versions don’t receive it.
