Agents weigh authorship and freshness when they decide which sources to trust and cite. Publishing both makes your help center a stronger source, so more of your customers' questions get answered in your own words.

The metadata appears on the HTML page, in the .md version of every article, and on the global llms.txt file, so it's available however an agent does research.
