AI responses now match the communication channel.

AI-generated customer responses (Ari, Sidekick drafts, and suggested responses in the composer) now take into account the communication channel when formatting replies.

We currently differentiate between email and chat:

• Email responses use line breaks more liberally (e.g. after a greeting) and may be more formal

• Chat responses are more concise overall and use shorter sentences
