Thread fields now support numbers, currencies, and dates. Track structured data like deal value, seat count, or renewal dates directly on a thread.

Number fields

Store numeric values on threads. Filter your queue by "greater than" or "less than" to surface threads by value. For example, show all threads where seat count exceeds 100. Sort your queue by a number field to prioritize what matters most.

Currency fields

Like number fields, but formatted as money. Values display with your workspace currency symbol. Works with the same greater-than and less-than filtering and numeric sorting.

Date fields

Store dates on threads with a date and time picker. Filter by "before" or "after" to find threads by deadline or renewal date. For example, show all threads where the renewal date is before the end of the month.

Workflow conditions

All three new field types work as conditions in the workflow builder. Trigger automations based on number thresholds, currency amounts, or date ranges. For example: if deal value exceeds $100k, assign to the enterprise team.

Read-only fields

Any thread field can now be marked as read-only. Agents can see the value but can't change it. Useful for fields set via the API or automations, like an account tier synced from your CRM.
