Personal Queues

You can now create personal queues. With this you get your own view of the queue that focusses on what matters to you. Only handle Technical issues from Enterprise customers or First line support for Free tier, set up your filters and you're good to go.
Personal queues always contain an assigned to you section so you can see anything assigned to you regardless of topic.
To set this up, go to Settings → Members, click on yourself in the list and configure this just how you want it.
