Small updates while we build big things
While we haven’t shipped a major feature this week, there’s a good reason: our entire team is heads-down building out the new Help Center (sign up here to get launch alerts). While we focus on that, we’ve been tightening up the experience across the board. This update brings a handful of thoughtful improvements and bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly and make things feel a little more predictable.
Improvements
Done threads are now visible by default on customer, company, and tenant thread pages — making it easier to get a complete view of the conversation history without extra clicks.
Slack replies now show the channel you're replying to. This small visual indicator helps reduce the risk of accidentally sending private replies to public channels.
New workflow rule trigger: ‘Belongs to tenant’. You can now use this as a trigger in workflows to better automate tenant-specific processes.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where replies couldn’t be sent if the subject was left blank.
Corrected rendering of the letter
x
in certain cases where it was mistakenly displayed as a multiplication symbol (×
).Resolved an issue where the AI slash command could be triggered inside code blocks and quotes, causing unexpected formatting.
Fixed the inline image zoom modal so it now correctly handles images with uncommon aspect ratios.
