You can now build a workflow by telling Sidekick, your Internal Agent in Plain, what you want it to do. This allows anyone on your team to build complex automation, fast.

On the Workflows page, you can now search every workflow run in your workspace, and you can set the order your workflows run in.

Your Plain help center is now easier for your customers to find an answer, and easier to ask for one when they can't.
