You can now use AI Slash Commands directly in threads to draft and edit replies faster.

Just type / followed by an instruction and AI will help you draft or edit a message. You can use it to:

• Draft a new reply

• Improve or rephrase what you’ve already written

• Add to an existing message

Here are some ideas to get started:

• /fix typos

• /ask for a screenshot and workspace ID so we can debug

• /ask for version of SDK

If your prompt doesn’t relate to the customer conversation, AI will let you know with an error message. To use this feature, just start typing / in any thread reply.
