Email Discussions

You can now loop in people outside your workspace without leaving Plain. Forward an email to another address, and replies will sync back into the same discussion thread in Plain.
This makes it easy to collaborate with external teams or partners directly from any thread. The forwarded message includes the full context of the thread so recipients can understand the situation right away. Replies from external participants are automatically synced back to the discussion keeping everything in one place. Email discussions are private and are never visible to the customer on the original support thread.
To start an email discussion, open any thread and click Discussion > Select Email. Then, add the email addresses of the people you want to include.
