You can now trigger HubSpot actions directly from the workflow builder.

Two actions are available:

• Create ticket on company — creates a HubSpot ticket associated to the customer's company

• Create note on company — creates a HubSpot note associated to the customer's company

Both actions support {{ }} variable interpolation in the subject, content, body, and any custom ticket properties. {{thread.url}} is available as a built-in variable.

Example rule: "On thread creation → create a ticket in HubSpot."

HubSpot actions only appear in the builder if your workspace has HubSpot connected.
