Introducing: Sidekick

Meet Sidekick, your AI assistant for customer work. Fully aware of context, product knowledge and history. Draft replies, find answers without ever leaving the thread.

To open Sidekick, click the icon in the thread dock or press B. For longer chats, expand it into a sidebar with ⌘ + ⇧ + B.


Sidekick understands the full conversation and customer context, so you can ask things like:

  • “Summarize this conversation”

  • “Help me draft a response”

  • “What do our docs say about rate limits?”

  • “Have we seen similar cases before?”

What's new

New webhook: thread.thread_tenant_updated triggers when a thread’s tenant changes

Improvements

  • Better formatting for outgoing emails from email discussions

  • Email discussions now auto-resolve when a reply is received

  • Rebuilt the UI-components editor to load instantly, with clearer error messages and a new copy-to-clipboard button

  • Improved JSON error handling: see the exact line and message, and get Zod schema validation once syntax is correct

  • Easier to exit attachment previews
