To open Sidekick, click the icon in the thread dock or press B. For longer chats, expand it into a sidebar with ⌘ + ⇧ + B.
Sidekick understands the full conversation and customer context, so you can ask things like:
“Summarize this conversation”
“Help me draft a response”
“What do our docs say about rate limits?”
“Have we seen similar cases before?”
