See who else is working in a thread, in real time. When multiple teammates have the same thread open, their avatars appear in the thread header. If more than a few people are active, the count overflows. When someone starts typing a reply or a note, their avatar appears in the dock alongside an ellipsis indicator.

Presence updates automatically as people move between tabs: when a teammate navigates away, they drop out of the view. When they return, they reappear. No setup required.
