You can now send a Slack message as a workflow action.

Add the Send Slack notification step to any workflow and choose a channel from the Slack integrations already connected to your workspace. Write the message body using {{ }} variable interpolation — thread subject, customer name, tenant fields, and other workflow variables are all available.

The notification posts as a standalone message in the channel when the workflow runs. It is not tied to a specific thread.
