Tasks

You can now create tasks to track lightweight to-do items directly in Plain. Tasks can be assigned to teammates, linked to a company or tenant, and attached to one or more support threads.
This helps you manage follow-ups, internal actions, or reminders alongside ongoing support work. For example, you might create a task to check in with engineering about capacity to support a requested feature.
To start using tasks, head to Tasks via the side nav or hit the T keyboard shortcut anywhere. You can also learn more in our Help Center article.

Fix board view scrolling on touch devices
Fix occasional intermittent 404 on thread page due to race condition
Fix tag borders not blending with the background they’re on (e.g. hover, focus states on row behind them)
Fix incorrect font file for our chosen monospace font (now correctly using Geist Mono variable font, previously fell back on SF Mono)
