Test Mode, previously Shadow Mode, lets you see how Ari, our Customer Agent, would reply to a thread without the reply reaching your customer. You can now turn Ari on for a specific set of live threads, manually or from a workflow, instead of your whole workspace at once. And when you add customers, you can start them in Test Mode and check Ari’s replies before they’re sent.
