Ask about CSAT and SLAs from Claude or Cursor

Thread tool calls through the Plain MCP now return CSAT scores and SLA status, so you can ask how a segment is scoring or how you’re tracking against SLAs without opening a report.

Read notifications without leaving the page 

Notifications now slide out beside what you’re working on instead of a new page, so you can carry on with what you were doing while checking updates. It works on your phone too.

Let customers unsubscribe from your Broadcasts

You can now include an unsubscribe link when sending a Broadcast from Plain, so you don’t have to keep your own list or risk sending to someone who opted out. By default, Broadcasts will ignore any unsubscribed channels and will let you know if any of those match the filters in your audiences. There’s an option to send to all channels in the event of an emergency.

Our new Slack settings page lets you create a test channel and a test thread from it. Send yourself a message as a customer and reply in Slack, so you know your setup works before a real customer messages you.
