Duplicate steps:

Right-click any node on the canvas and select Duplicate, or hold Option (Mac) / Alt (Windows) while dragging to drop a copy at a new position. Both methods preserve the step's configuration and branch structure.

Customer equals condition:

New condition that matches when a thread belongs to a specific customer.

Emoji in conditions:

Message-contains conditions now recognize emoji written as shortcodes (e.g. :thumbsup:), and shortcodes display as emoji icons in the builder.

Stale data fix:

The builder now shows current workflow data straight away after edits, instead of displaying outdated steps.
