Researches every new thread across your connected tools and posts one structured note, so whoever picks it up starts with answers. Sixty seconds after a thread is created it checks whether the thread has already been closed or ignored. If not, Sidekick searches Plain, Linear, Slack and Notion for related tickets, past incidents, engineering discussions and docs, then adds a single note listing up to three results per source. Sources with nothing relevant are omitted.

After installing:

• Extend the if/else step with your own label conditions to skip topics you never want investigated, such as spam or internal-only threads.

• Adjust the wait to match your team's triage speed, lengthening it if threads typically sit longer before being closed or ignored so fewer investigations run on threads that resolve themselves.
