Improved chat experience

Two new settings in your chat app configuration (Settings > Chat), plus a visual refresh.
Show business hours to users -- when enabled, customers see your support hours in the chat window after sending their first message. Requires business hours to be configured in your workspace.
Show agent status to users -- when enabled, customers can see when an AI agent is actively handling their conversation, including the agent's name and avatar. Works with both Ari and your own AI agent.
Both settings are off by default. Find them under Configuration on your chat app settings page.
The chat widget also got a visual refresh: updated layout and contrast, a "Conversation" label replacing "Chat," an intro screen that surfaces only unread conversations, and fixes for avatar rendering and keyboard navigation.
