Faster onboarding for new workspaces

New Plain workspaces now start with label suggestions, teammate suggestions via Slack, and test threads already in place. This is for teams setting Plain up for the first time during the optional onboarding checklist. Nothing changes in the workspaces you already run.

Invite your team from Slack in one step: If you've connected a Slack discussion channel, Plain suggests the people already in it. You don’t need to collect or manually type email addresses, so your team is ready when the first customer thread comes in.

Label suggestions: You accept the ones that work for your team and dismiss the rest, so you have a working label set on day one and can refine it once you see what your customers actually contact you about.

Try everything first: Every new workspace comes with test threads. These are threads with fake customers that you can open, reply to, and have a real conversation in. You can check your labels, your workflows, and your replies against something that behaves like the real thing, so you know it works before activating with real customers.
