Machine users can reply as a human user

Replies come from a person, not an integration: Machine users can now reply as one of your teammates in Slack, email, and the timeline messages. This allows headless apps and automations to message customers under that person's name rather than the machine user's. The customer sees who they're talking to, and your internal reporting attributes the reply to the right person.

You choose which users each API key can send as: Each API key has a list of users it’s allowed to impersonate. Sending as a workspace user is enforced against the list, so a key can only act as a user it has been granted.
