Sidekick now works on Company and Tenant views

Until now, Sidekick only worked inside a single thread. You could ask it to help draft a reply or catch up on a conversation, but it only saw one thread at a time.
That changes today. Open any Company or Tenant page and Sidekick can now answer questions across all their threads in your current queue.
Ask it things like:
"Give me an overview of their support situation"
"What are their most pressing issues right now?"
"Are any customers showing signs of frustration?"
"What should I know before a call with them?"
"What product feedback has come up across their threads?"
Sidekick reads the threads visible in your current view, with whatever filters you have applied. It does not have access to threads outside your queue, your Help Center, or any external sources.
Available to everyone with Sidekick access. No setup needed, just open any Company or Tenant page and Sidekick is in the dock.
