InterpolationVariable
A static variable that Plain fills in when interpolating {{ key }} tokens in snippets, auto-responses, bulk replies and workflow actions. Thread field variables (threadField.<key>) are not listed here; they are derived from the workspace’s thread field schemas.

A short human-readable label for the variable, suitable for a picker.
The entity the variable reads from.
isCustomerFacing
Boolean!
Whether the variable is suitable for text a customer will read. Internal identifiers and the AI thread summary are not.
